		<description>I think you&#039;re right to have a sober optimism about the Ministerial declaration. Also we shd welcome the open popular delaration, which was a great deal more developed than in previous years (I recall trying to do such an exercise for 2005: it&#039;s uphill work) and also notably well received by the Swedish presidency. 

The industry declaration was the really disappointing one.</description>

		<description>Thanks for making reference to my blog. The reason why I am skeptical is that the focus on back office is not new. In fact Capgemini leads a massive project on administrative simplification and most of the work that the IDABC program has done is on that topic.</description>
